This website is intended for the preparation of CVs, CLs, visa applications, digital photo processing and related services, including direct communication and exchange of information between the VisaMe User and the VisaMe owner Smart Bag Sp. z o.o..
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify parts of these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the changes on the VisaMe website and notify you via the VisaMe user interface and email. Any such changes will become effective no sooner than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, provided that changes to new VisaMe features or changes made for legal reasons will take effect immediately. Your continued use of VisaMe after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms of service.
In addition, when using the VisaMe Services, Users will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such services, which may be posted on the VisaMe website and, among other things, the Privacy Policy located at privacy policy/.

Access and use of the VisaMe Services:
To access and use the VisaMe features, you will be prompted to register on the VisaMe website. If you choose to register with VisaMe, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted on the VisaMe registration form. Registration data and some information about the User are subject to the protection of personal data in accordance with the European Union Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and our Privacy Policy. Users under the age of 18 are not eligible to use VisaMe services, with or without registration.

Account, password and security:
The Registered User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her VisaMe password and account and is fully responsible for any activities that he/she performs using his/her VisaMe password or account. It undertakes to immediately notify Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. of any unauthorized use of your VisaMe password or account. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the user’s failure to comply with the above provisions.

Service Modifications:
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. reserves the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the VisaMe services with or without notice, in whole or in part. The user agrees that Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the services.

Mobile services:
The Service includes certain services available through a mobile device. To the extent you access the VisaMe Service through a mobile device, standard fees, data rates and other charges may apply from your local wireless carrier. In addition, the download, installation or use of certain Mobile Services may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier in your country, and not all Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices. By using Mobile Services, the User consents to communication regarding the Services provided by Smart Bag Sp. z o.o. and other entities via SMS, MMS, text messages or other electronic means to the User’s mobile device. In the event of a change or deactivation of the mobile phone number, the User should immediately inform Smart Bag Sp. z o.o..

Terms of Service:
Regulations regarding the processing of documents provided by the User are subject to change without notice. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for such changes or for any delays or losses related to such changes.
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. shall not be liable for any costs, damages or expenses arising from any fault or cause, including but not limited to liability for changes to documents, including but not limited to loss of profits or income in excess of any service fees paid by the client for processing documents or photos.
Documentation requirements for visas of any country are set by the government of any country and are subject to change without notice. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. strives to provide complete and up-to-date information, cannot guarantee that the information provided is the most complete and up-to-date. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not and will not be responsible for such information.
When you use our Photo Editing Service, VisaMe uses third party stores to print and process your photos. Smart Bag Sp. z o.o.. is not responsible for the actions or inactions of such third-party stores.

Delivery time:
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. makes every effort to meet delivery deadlines, but does not guarantee any delivery dates. The implementation time is determined individually and is a maximum of 180 days.
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. shall have no liability for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control or control, including, but not limited to, weather conditions, acts of nature, war, acts of public enemies, civil riots, strikes or acts or omissions of public authorities.
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for the actions or inactions of the government or any country officials and staff.

Return Policy:
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. (VisaMe) offers services that are helpful for the User in preparing documentation related to finding a job (study) and obtaining an appropriate entry visa.
If you decide to opt out of the service and wish to cancel the Service and receive a refund, we encourage you to review the options available to you, which vary depending on the service purchased and the stage of customer service.

Complaint policy:
The VisaMe User has the right to submit a complaint regarding the services within 14 business days of receiving the Service. The deadline for considering a complaint is 30 business days from the date of registering the complaint to providing the customer with information about its acceptance and compensation or rejection. If the compensation proposal submitted by the Customer is not accepted and the complaint is forwarded to VisaMe, the deadline is extended by another 14 business days from the date of receipt of information about non-acceptance. If the complaint is not considered by Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. within 14 business days, it is considered approved. If the customer does not accept the compensation proposal within 14 business days, the compensation proposal is deemed to have been accepted by the customer.
A complaint should include: a) the name and surname of the Ordering Party; b) the address of the Ordering Party; c) subject of the complaint (name of the service, deadline); d) substantive and formal justification of the complaint; e) the Ordering Party’s expectations towards Smart Bag Sp. z o. o.

Terms of use:
You are solely responsible for all information, including: e-mails, sma, videos, images, data, text, software, music, sounds, photos, graphics, messages or other materials that you upload, post through the VisaMe Service . You agree not to use the VisaMe Service in any way that is unlawful (including, without limitation, in violation of any data, privacy or generally accepted moral standards) or in any way that interferes with or impairs the integrity or operation of the VisaMe Service or any of the its components, or modify, customize or hack the Service or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
When you receive any document generated by VisaMe or provided by government authorities (CV, CL, photo, work permit, etc.), it is important that you immediately check that all information in the document is correct. Documents are sent via e-mail and are also available in your personal VisaMe user account. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for customers who did not receive an email due to spam or misspelling of the email address.

To the extent that the Service or any part thereof is made available for any fee, the User may be asked to select a payment instrument. The user represents and warrants to Smart Bag Sp. z o.o. that he is authorized to use the payment instrument. You will promptly update your account information with any changes (for example, a change to your billing address or credit card expiration date) that may occur. If you dispute any charges, you must notify Smart Bag Sp. z o.o. within seven (7) days from the date Spart Bag Sp. z o.o.. We reserve the right to change prices. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. issues an invoice for each completed and paid Service. Unpaid, pre-ordered services will not be performed. The User is responsible for all taxes related to the Services, other than Polish taxes, calculated on the net income of Smart Bag Sp. z o. o.

Payment platforms:
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. (VisaMe) uses external payment platforms such as PayU. We do not store credit card details. All transactional information transferred between Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. and payment platforms are encrypted. No cardholder information is ever transferred unencrypted. You have full confidence that nothing we transmit to these payment processor servers can be used or modified by third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country which as a „terrorist supporting” country; and is not on any government list of prohibited or restricted entities.

Intellectual property rights:
Service Content, Software and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain content or features („Service Content”) that are protected by copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights and laws. Except for cases expressly permitted by Smart Bag Sp. z o.o.. and agrees not to modify, copy, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content, in whole or in part, except that the foregoing does not apply to your own Content User Information (as defined below) that you legally submit to VisaMe. You will not engage in or use data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods in connection with your use of the Service. If Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. access to the VisaMe Service (including by blocking the IP address), you agree not to implement any measures to circumvent such blocking (e.g., by masking the IP address or using a proxy server IP address). Any use of the Service or Service Content other than as expressly permitted herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection with it are the property of Smart Bag Sp. z o.o., our affiliates and our partners („Software”). You agree not to copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, sell, assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any rights in the Software. Any goodwill generated as a result of using the VisaMe and Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. will bring the sole benefit of Smart Bag Sp. z o.o..

Third Party Materials:
In no case Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. assumes no responsibility for any content or materials of third parties (including users). The User is informed that Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. does not carry out initial content verification, but Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content available through the Service. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. and persons designated by it will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by Smart Bag Sp. z o.o., at its sole discretion, as inadmissible for other reasons.

User Content sent via the VisaMe Service:
With respect to content or other material that you submit through the VisaMe Service or make available to other users or recipients, including reviews, comments, and other content (collectively, „User Content”), you represent and warrant that you own all rights, title and title to that User Content including, without limitation, any copyright and publicity rights contained in such Content. By submitting any User Content, you hereby grant and grant to Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify and otherwise use your User Content in connection with functioning of the VisaMe Service or its promotion, advertising or marketing in any form.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, opinions or other information regarding the VisaMe Service provided by him to Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. are not confidential and Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. will be entitled to unrestricted use and dissemination of this information for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to the User.
The User acknowledges and agrees that Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. may store content and may disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such behavior or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: comply with legal process, applicable law, or governmental request; to enforce these Terms of Service; respond to allegations that any content infringes the rights of third parties; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of Smart Bag Sp. z o.o., its users and the general public. The technical processing and transmission of the Service, including User content, may include: transmissions over various networks; and changes to adapt and adapt to technical requirements for connecting networks or devices.

Third Party Websites:
VisaMe may provide or third parties may provide links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. has no control over such sites and resources and is not responsible for such sites and resources. Any contacts with third parties found while using the VisaMe Service are between the User and the third party and Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for any losses or claims that may occur against a third party.

Social networking services:
VisaMe can be activated, registered or logged in through various online third party services such as social media and social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter („Social Networking Services”). By logging in or directly integrating these Social Networking Services with the VisaMe Service, you will receive more personalized responses and information. To take advantage of this feature and capability, we may ask you to authenticate, register or log in to Social Networking Services on the websites of their respective providers. As part of such integration, Social Sites will provide us with access to certain information that you have provided on such Social Sites, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information about the effects of activating social networking services, using, storing and disclosing information related to the user as part of Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. (including friend lists, etc.), please see our Privacy Policy. However, please note that the manner in which social networking sites use, store and disclose user information is subject only to the policies of such third parties, and Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. assumes no responsibility or liability for the privacy practices or other activities of any third party website or service that may be incorporated into the VisaMe Service.
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for the accuracy, availability or reliability of any information, content, goods, data, opinions, advice or statements made available in connection with social networking services.

Warranty exclusion:
You use the VisaMe Service at your own risk. The Service is provided on an „as is” and „as available” basis. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. excludes all warranties, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results that may be obtained from the use of VisaMe will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or received by the User via VisaMe will meet his expectations.

Limitation of Liability:
The User clearly understands and agrees that Smart Bag Sp. z o.o.. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, damages or loss of profits, including but not limited to damages for loss of value, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Smart Bag Sp. z o.o. has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of: the use of or inability to use the service; the costs of acquiring goods and services resulting from the acquisition of data, information or services purchased or received or received messages or transactions concluded through the service; unauthorized access or alteration of data; or any other matter related to the service.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service or these terms of service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the service.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the Terms of Service or the Service that is not resolved by mutual agreement may be resolved by binding arbitration by the Court. Unless the parties agree otherwise, the cases will be conducted before the court competent for the registered office of the VisaMe owner, Smart Bag Sp. z o. o.

The user agrees that Smart Bag Sp. z o.o., in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the VisaMe Service, and remove and reject any content on the VisaMe Service for any reason, including but not limited to non-use or if Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. believes that you have violated or acted contrary to the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity that may result in termination of use of the Service may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. You agree that any termination or limitation of access to the VisaMe Service is subject to these Terms of Service and may be subject to take place without prior notice, and that Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. may immediately deactivate or delete the User’s account and all related information and files in the account and/or block further access to such files. Smart Bag Sp. z o. o. will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

General rules:
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the User and Smart Bag Sp. z o.o.. and regulate the use of the VisaMe Service, superseding any previous agreements between the User and Smart Bag Sp. z o.o. regarding the VisaMe Service. They may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third party services, third party content or third party software. These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. With respect to any dispute or claim not subject to arbitration as set out above. A If any provision of these Terms of Service is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should pursue the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and other provisions of these Terms of Service, remain in full force and effect. You agree that notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the use of the VisaMe Service or these Terms of Service must be filed within one year of the claim arising or it will be barred in perpetuity. Smart Bag Sp. z o.o.. has the right to assign or transfer these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, without restriction.
